Itinerary:
Beat the heat by biking along next to the Chattahoochee River on pavement and then hit some quiet wide gravel trails under a cool breezy shaded section of the Roswell Recreation Area.  We'll be covering very even terrain, without much elevation change and keeping pretty close to the posted 10mph speed limit.  

We'll loop around just a bit to keep it interesting and those that wish will continue past our cars in the other direction out to the Chattahoochee Nature Preserve. 

Bring plenty of water, we will be passing a restroom or two, and keep in mind you are responsible for the repair of your own bicycle.

Google 'Roswell Recreation Area Azalea Drive' and you'll pull up a map showing the parking lot we'll be meeting at on Azalea Drive between Roswell Road and Willeo Road.  Remember it's the SECOND parking lot west of Roswell Road, on your left.  If the lot's full, many people park outside the lot at the edge of the road.  The AOC and/or your Trip Leader(s) are not responsible for your parking choices. 

Notes:
Parking is free at this location.  Make sure you park in the SECOND lot on your left west of Roswell Road, (the first lot on your left is often an Event Only lot)
