Itinerary:
Start your weekend with a briskly paced ride through shady trees on the Forsyth Greenway!  We'll meet at the Southern Trailhead parking lot, and ride over paved terrain, with some long stretches of wooden boardwalk.  In the cool morning air, we'll pass sparkling creeks and rivers, sail over quiet bridges and even pass a huge open cow field on our way!
This ride's appropriate for all types of bikes and all levels of skill, but we will be keeping a frisky pace (averaging 12+ mph), it is not intended to be a slow, leisurely ride.  The terrain is quite level, without much change in elevation.
We'll be riding out 6.8 miles to the Northern trailhead and returning to equal 13.6 miles total.  Some riders may choose to head out along the path a second time (optional).
Please keep in mind YOU must be responsibe for your bicycle's maintenance and repair.  The Trip Leader has NO background in repairing bikes.

Although its tempting to ride side-by-side to converse with your fellow bikers, please be considerate of other folks using the trail, keeping safety in mind at all times.
