Itinerary:
This event will begin from Mavell Road, the official beginning of the Silver Comet Trail. We will ride at an easy pace to Hiram, where we will turn around. Restrooms and water are available at both locations.

We will keep a moderate pace, and this event is intended to accommodate all types of bicycles and abilities. This is not a good option for fast cyclists.

Notes: (1) You MUST wear a helmet.
          (2) We are all responsible for our own trail repairs and maintenance.
          (3) Arrive early in case it is difficult to locate parking.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:* Take I-285 to Exit 15 (South Cobb Drive / Hwy. 280/Smyrna)
* Take South Cobb Drive North (outside the perimeter)
* Go approximately 1.8 miles on South Cobb Drive to Cooper Lake Rd (5th red light from        I-285)
* Turn left onto Cooper Lake Road
* Go approximately .6 miles and turn left on Mavell Road.
* Trailhead is at the end of Mavell Road, past Nickajack Elementary School.

Note:  You may have to park at the elementary school.
