Itinerary:
Hi!  We will do a nice workout at Cochran Shoals Interstate North Pkwy Unit of the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area.  We will meet in the parking lot and wait a few minutes and head out by 5:40.  

We will hike out on the main wide trail, and then head away from the river into the backside, less-traveled trails.  We will try to maintain a 3.5 - 4 mph pace for 2 hours.  We will just keep navigating until we reach a halfway point at 60 minutes, and then turn back.  

When we finish, we can drive up the hill and have a beer and a slice together at Mellow Mushroom.

We will hike on trails in the following areas:
Cochran Shoals Interstate North Parkway Area
Cochran Shoals Sope Creek Area
