Itinerary:
McIntosh Reserve Park is a neat little place tucked between Newnan and Carrollton where you can go to hike, horseback ride, camp, etc. The rangers are very knowledgable and love to chat with you. We will first be walking a short distance along the Hooch (Chattahoochee River), then around a field, and then hit the woods. Keep your eyes open for the bald eagle that is often spotted here. We will also see the log cabin and Chief Macintosh's grave. This is a county park and not a state park. They don't accept State Park or Nat'l Park parking passes, so be sure to bring $3 in cash for parkingl
