Itinerary:
This has a late start since I know some of you may be going to holiday parties.

This cave was my very first trip I led for the AOC. It's a fun cave. I've had a lot of requests to go back.
So, here you go.
We'll wade through a stream to get to the entrance. Once inside, we'll follow a smaller stream as it winds it's way deeper into the cave.
At one point, it gets muddy. By muddy, I mean deep, thick, boot sucking muddy. First time we were there, a member layed down in it, spread out her arms and legs, and created mud angles.
We'll continue exploring passages from there.
When we finally make it out, we'll be as muddy as the guys in this pic, if not muddier. This cave has about 1 mile of passages.

P.S. Tony's (far left) pants were not torn up by any cave monster. Really. That's the official story and I'm sticking to it.

Carpool Cost: Estimated cost per vehicle for this event is $86.40 using a reimbursement rate guideline of $0.400 per mile. The total amount should be divided by the number of people in the vehicle, including the driver. This is a guideline, not a rule, for drivers but the cost should not be higher unless there are extenuating circumstances.

Notes:
You WILL get wet on this trip so synthetic material is strongly advised.
I wear nylon pants & a nylon T-shirt.
