Steward Springs,

Steward Springs Cave is a great beginner's cave that even experienced cavers can enjoy, and is currently on my "to do" list. This is a great cave to get your "feet wet" and to gain some experience; however, we will be moving at a fast pace at times as well as stopping to take photographs so be aware and preparded.

Caution:
This is a wet cave, so appropriate clothing is recommended! Please no cotton, I will not let you in if you do. This is for personal and group safety!!

ALL TIMES ARE EASTERN TIME ZONE

Required Items to Bring:
Caving Helmet (no bike helmets)
Headlamp (Waterproof)
2 other light sources minimum
plenty of batteries
backpack/fanny pack
water
snacks
longsleeve shirt (synthetic materials only, no cotton)
long pants (no jeans or cotton)
boots
gloves
kneepads (no hard plastics)

Outside of Cave:
towell
trashbag for dirty clothes
change of clothes for ride home
