Note: This is an "EXPLORATORY" trip. This means that there are parts of this trip, or perhaps the whole trip, that is new to your Trip Leader(s). However, they are confident that this will not be an issue.

Itinerary:

Lost Creek Cave (Changed to Bible Springs Cave),

This is a fun cave located near Sparta, Tn. There is plenty of passage in this cave so it will be a longer day. The Cave is located in a sink and faces a 60-foot tall waterfall. Inside are huge rooms and compact spaces for exploring. There is also 40-foot tall waterfall inside that we will be hunting! We will spend some time taking pictures so I recommend that everyone have an extra shirt or jacket in their cave packs.

Saturday:

7:00 am - Meet at carpool
7:15 am - Leave for Sparta TN
10:30 am - Enter Cave
4:00 or sooner pm - Exit Cave/change clothes
4:30 or sooner pm - Leave for Kennesaw CCT/P&R
Dinner - will be a group decision

I am posting this as a D3 trip, not a great beginners cave; however, a physically fit member should be able to make this cave trip and enjoy themselves. That said, there will now be AOC helmets for rent. They are $10 for a helmet and light. ***This does not include batteries***
