Itinerary:

Hmm ... "Home for Lunch" hikes" Why? All hikes start at 9:00am on Saturdays or Sundays and will last 2 - 2 1/2 hours. So, you'll be home for lunch. The "Home for Lunch" hikes are very suitable for Newbies and Beginners. Why? We are not planning to set new speed records. If we hike 5 miles or so, that's fine too. All hikes will be at different places in the Metro Atlanta area. Why? We want you to spend your time hiking and not driving. This is a rain or shine hike (except under extreme thunder storm warning). Why? Just because :) Did you count ‘em? Now you know where the name "Four WHY" hikes came from.

Come join me (again) on the trails at the Vickery Creek - Unit of the Chattahoochee NRA. Vickery Creek is one of my favorite areas at the Chattahoochee river. We will stop at the Dam and at the Roswell Mill Machine Shop. Depending on the weather and the group, we may go off the paths and hike directly on the river for 15 - 20 minutes.

If you have any questions e-mail the Event Coordinator.
