You will sometimes see deer, and hear interesting sounds coming out of the marshy area. There are some hills, but nothing too strenuous. We'll walk at a moderate pace approximately 5 miles, maybe a little more if the creek is passable.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:75 North to 575 North
Take Exit 19 to downtown Canton. (2 ways to go off the exit)
At the top of the ramp you will go right. After you pass thru downtown Canton you'll come to the light at Marietta Highway/Riverstone Parkway, go straight across the intersection.
Be prepared to go LEFT just past the intersection onto Shoal Creek Road (after Walgreens).  Follow this road, bearing left on Old Shoal Creek Trail, until the road ends (a little less than 3 miles). It will seem like you're in the middle of no where toward the end of the road. You'll see a little white church. Pass it and park at the end of the road. Free parking.

No restroom. Plenty of trees.
