Come on out and join us for our monthly social at our new location, the Hudson Grille - Sandy Springs. Tuesday, March 13th 2012 starting 7:00 pm. In addition to our numerous outdoor events (i.e, hiking, backpacking, camping, bicycling, kayaking, caving, etc.) the Atlanta Outdoor Club has a monthly social gathering, usually on the 2nd Tuesday evening of each month. This is a great opportunity to meet and network with fellow club members, officers and trip leaders. It's a casual setting, which allows everyone to mingle around and talk about the great outdoors while enjoying an excellent menu and a wide selection of beverages. Hudson Grille in Sandy Springs has only been open a few months and we are very excited to have found a space that is a central location for most and that will accommodate us comfortably. We will have exclusive use of the large area in the back of the restaurant with our own bar and staff. They offer good food and good service. For their amazing beverage list click here: Cocktail Menu.Our Social will be under the name "Atlanta Outdoor Club," so when you arrive at the restaurant, head toward the back left and you'll find our AOC sign-in table. If you are new to the AOC or the guest of a current member, choose a blue name tag at the sign-in table so our friendly "greeters" can properly introduce you to other members, trip leaders and volunteers. The red name tags are for members who are already active in our outdoor events. AOC short-sleeved t-shirts (S-XL) will be available for sale for $10 each. We will accept cash or check only. AOC cinch bags are also available for purchase.
