Itinerary:
Foster Falls contains some of the best sport climbing routes in the southeast and offers challenging climbs on some of the best sandstone you will find.  The admiration I have for Foster Falls comes from the length of the routes, with few anchors reachable in less than 65'!

Due to the length of these routes, there are few rated below 5.9 difficulty. Those not climbing comfortably at that level will have difficulty finding routes they will enjoy on this trip.  (If you have any question about whether you think you are prepared, please send me an email with your experience level)

I will be going up to the falls early and setting up a few top ropes on some easier climbs (5.8 to 5.9).  The grade of other climbs will be determined by the average experience of the group and has the potential to range from 5.8 to 5.11+.

If you have a rope and are willing to let others use it, please let me know ASAP.  The more ropes we have, the larger group of climbers I will be able to accomodate, and the more fun that everyone will have!

We will be at the crag all day (10AM to 5PM), so bring enough food and water to be comfortable for that amount of time.  Also, dress accordingly for a range of temperatures.  In the shade where you will be belaying may get a little chilly, however when you are 50 feet up on the wall in the sun you may wish you had a few less layers on...

Lastly, ALL TIMES ARE IN EASTERN TIMEZONE! PRETEND CENTRAL TIME DOES NOT EXIST FOR THIS TRIP!
