Itinerary:
Hi All!         I thought we could get a nice work out over at the Cochran Shoals Interstate North Pkwy Unit of the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area.  We will meet in the parking lot and wait a few minutes and head out by 10:15.   We will hike out on the main wide trail, and then head away from the river into the backside, less-traveled trails.  We will try to maintain a 3.5 mph pace for 2 hours.  We will just keep navigating until we reach a halfway point, and then turn back.     After hike option:  We can drive up the hill and have a healthy lunch together at Doc Green’s. I look forward to seeing you all for a fun hike! Grant
