Itinerary:
Moderate

Plan for a full day. We will hike the looping 5 1/2-mile Homestead Trail and 3.5-mile Sweet Gum Trail which overlooks the scenic vistas of the lake.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Cartersville, State Park Lodge Hiking should be completed by midafternoon. North on I-75 to Exit 285. Follow the brown and white signs to the park.

Notes:

Are Dogs Permitted? Yes, but have to be leashed.
