Itinerary:
Joyce and Lauren are back at it again. We're doing five hikes in one day in celebration of Cinco de Mayo. We'd love for you to join us for as many as you would like. They will be all around the Roswell area. We plan on having lunch at Tijuana Joes on Roswell Rd between hikes 3 and 4 (around 2:00PM). We're hoping to miss the lunch crowd and beat the dinner crowd. Please be flexible if we get there and it's swamped - we'll figure out a game plan if Tijuana Joes isn't going to work.

Hike Uno: Roswell Greenway
These Greenways don't get enough credit. They are clean, very well maintained and actually very pretty. We'll do a mix of some trails, boardwalks and paved pathways. There is really no elevation change. We'll cover at least 4 miles but no more than 5. We will go out for 45 minutes and turn around and head back.

This is an excellent beginner/novice hike.

Please call one of the trip leaders if you are running late. We won't wait, so you'll have to catch up with the group if you do arrive late.

We'll allow up to three dogs on this hike. Please cooperate with the posted rules. AOC is very visible and it is important we portray a good image. Off leash dogs have been known to chase animals, injure animals and stir up yellow jackets. Additionally, some hikers are afraid of dogs. A leashed dog allows the owner to better control it and makes the hike more comfortable for all involved. Dogs must be on leash at all times, no exceptions.

Required Items to Bring:

How to Get There:
Event Directions:GA 400 to exit 7 (Holcomb Bridge Rd) and go East towards Norcross
Left at second traffic light onto Old Alabama Rd (I think the second light. McDonalds is on your right)
