Note: You should be able to maintain a pace of 14 mph over 35 miles and have some experience in group road riding.   If you don't have these qualifications, but still want to join, then indicate Beginner on sign-up, and I'll discuss with you further to determine if the ride is right for you. Thanks.   harry

This is a 45 mile road ride through low traffic moderately hilly roads.   D5 rating is due to the mileage, but we'll make at least 2 stops, including a store stop (for drinks) and one for lunch in the pleasant Serenbe community, near the end of the ride. This route is great for those with good endurance but prefer a moderate pace.  We'll meet at Cochran Mill Park (see directions below).

Our pace of 14 mph is moderate.  This is a "no-drop" ride.  However, if anyone falls back, we'll regroup at intersections.

Map and cue sheet for route can be found
here (PDF).

Ride will not be held in case of likely rain or temperatures at or above 90 degrees.  I'll try to make a call on temperature at least 3 days before ride.  Rain cancellation may occur as late as 9pm the prior evening. I'll E-mail any cancellation notice.

Helmet required.
