Itinerary:

We will meet at the Visitor Center at Kennesaw Mountain National Park. We will hike up to the first summit and make our way down the other side until we reach the road. We will take the road down to the visitor center and then end it off with some relaxing yoga in the fields located behind the center. I will guide you through a few vinyasas and end with some restorative yin poses that will help tone and stretch all those muscles we used in our hike :) Since each of us will be flowing at our own levels, beginners to yoga are welcome!

This will be a an exploratory event.

Required Items to Bring:

Water, yoga mat, towel. Bring any additional towels or mats for your comfort level. I will try to find the flattest and smoothest area possible.

From I-75 NorthTo exit 269 (Barrett Parkway). At the stoplight turn left onto Barrett Parkway. Follow Barrett Parkway for approximately 3 miles, turn left at the light, onto Old Hwy 41. Turn right at your next light, Stilesboro Rd. The visitor center will be immediately on your left. Brown and white signs located along the roads will guide you as well. Directions from the visitor center to Cheatham Hill are provided in the visitor center at the information desk.

From I-75 SouthTo exit 269 (Barrett Parkway). At the stoplight turn right onto Barrett Parkway. Follow Barrett Parkway for approximately 3 miles, turn left at the light, onto Old Hwy 41.
