Itinerary:

We will hike some trails in that part of Cochran Mill Park that is east of Cochran Mill Parkway and bounded by Bear Creek and Little Bear Creek,
and do about one mile of cross-country walking.We will then cross a bridge to the north bank of Bear Creek and walk a trail inside the Cochran Mill Nature Center. This area is quite pretty. Ruins of an antebellum bridge can be seen on Little Bear Creek, whereas Bear Creek features a couple of dams and some interesting rock formations.

Proceed south on I 85 until Exit 69 (South Fulton Parkway), which is a couple of miles south of the airport exit. Proceed on South Fulton Pkwy approximately 14.7 miles to Cochran Mill Rd. Turn right on
Cochran Mill Rd. and proceed about a quarter of a mile. The parking lot will be on your left.
