Limrock,

Limrock Blowing Cave is a great beginner's cave that even experienced cavers can enjoy, and is "wet".  Beginners are encouraged and welcome on this trip.  This is a great cave to get your "feet wet" and to gain some experience; however, we will be moving at a fast pace so be aware.

Caution:

This is a wet cave, so appropriate clothing is recommended!  Please no cotton, I will not let you in if you do.  This is for personal and group safety!!  A wetsuit is not needed.

Caving Helmet (no bike helmets) 
Headlamp (Waterproof)
2 other light sources minimum
plenty of batteries (Rental Helmets Do not include Batteries)
backpack/fanny pack
water
snacks
longsleeve shirt (synthetic materials only, no cotton)
long pants (no jeans or cotton)
boots
gloves
kneepads (no hard plastics)
towell

facewipes

trashbag for dirty clothes
change of clothes for ride home
