Itinerary:

The hike is still on for today but the trivia portion has been cancelled.

 

Please join us for a night/afterwork hike and trivia AOC event at Stone Mountain.  We will meet at the rest room area in front of Confederate Hall at 5:00 pm and hike portions of Robert E. Lee Boulevard, one of the orange connector trail, portions of the green Nature Garden trail, another one of the orange connector trail, turning (left) onto the white Cherokee trail before turning (right) to climb up the yellow Walk-Up trail.  We will enjoy the Atlanta skyline up top for a bit before heading down the mountain around 6:15 pm.

Be sure to bring your headlamp or a flashlight because this is a night hike. :)

Afterward, please join us for the optional trivia portion of the event at Mellow Mushroom - Northlake (770-491-6112) which is about 5.6 miles away at 7:30 pm.   Don't worry if you are not "good" at trivia.  It is just an excuse to socialize after a hike!  :)

When you sign up, please write in the note section whether you plan to attend the optional trivia portion or not so we know whether we need to reserve a large table for us or not.  Thank you.  :)

There is a $10 fee to enter the park unless you have an annual pass already or you plan to park in one of many free parking areas in Stone Mountain Village and hike in.
