Exactly on the day, three months ago, on 10/2/12, my ankle got severely sprained at Vickery Creek. No hikes for three months, wearing a stiff boot, ankle braces, ice packs, physical therapy … all things from the past ... I hope :).

Looking for some brave AOC friends and fellow hikers who want to join me in re-conquering, re-claiming Vickery Creek. Helping me to overcome my Vickeryphobia.

How to Get There:

Event Directions:

There are a lot of ways to get to the Roswell Mill. It's at 120 and S. Atlanta Road in Roswell. Use either the physical address below or the lat/lon coordinates to get your own directions.

We are meeting at the trailhead behind the shops of Roswell Mill. It is where Hwy 9 (S. Atlanta St) and Hwy 120 (Marietta Hwy) intersect. When you turn in to the shopping center (from either direction) you will be on Mill St. ... continue, take a right on to Mill St which will dead end in to the parking lot.
