Ride the Ft. Mountain Lake Loop (1.2 miles of single track) as a warm-up. Then ride 5.5 miles of the Gold Mine Loop, which is 4.8 miles of single track and .7 miles of pavement. Depending on time and how we all feel, we may ride the Gold Mine Loop twice.
