Itinerary:

We'll keep a moderate pace for this hike at Island Ford.  We'll start at the Visitor's Center, where restrooms are available, and folks can buy an annual pass to the CNRAreas.  (An annual pass is just $25.)

Much of this trail is relatively flat, though the lollipop loop presents some invigorating ascents.

If you bring your dog, it should be able to keep up with the group and interact well with other dogs and people. The Chattahoochee NRA requires that owners keep their dogs on a leash and clean up after their pets on the trails.

Please be reminded that this area requires a $3 (cash) parking pass if you don't already own an annual pass.  No change is available.  We will start the hike promptly at 3:30! Arrive 10 minutes early to purchase a pass, to use the restroom, and to check in.
