Itinerary:

Dust off the bike and get rolling!  This will be the perfect event for those of us who "hibernate" during the winter or even those curious about cycling.  The Silver Comet trail is comparatively flat because it was built on old railroad bed.  It's paved and we'll be riding at a leisurely pace so any type of bike is suitable.  If you don't have one that's no problem either.  Smyrna Bikes has them for rent at a reasonable price (link below).  I frequently hear from beginners that 12 miles sounds intimidating but you'll find it's actually quite easy.  After the ride we'll have lunch at Twisted Taco.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:

Take I-285 to the South Cobb Drive exit
Turn NW off the exit ramp heading outside the perimeter (look for the brown signs)
Stay on South Cobb Drive for 1.5 miles
Turn left on East West Connector
Our meeting place at Smyrna Bikes and Twisted Taco will be on your right
Look for my black Subaru and blue bike
