Itinerary:

Want to stay in town this weekend and get a fun workout? Let's go explore every inch of Arabia Mountain's trails! Rolling hills, woodlands and secluded lakes surround the granite outcrops that make up the Davidson-Arabia Nature preserve. Self-guided hikes follow well-marked trails of varying lengths and difficulty. So what's an AOC'er to do?? ALL of them! That will add up to about 13 miles!  This will be at a fast pace. It's a great opportunity for those who are comfortable at a D4 and want a bit of a kick to their hike. I've never been there, so this requires a little patience with your trip leader! Every day's an adventure!


Required Items to Bring:

Water water water! It's hot outside! Trail snacks (we are not stopping for lunch since it's a morning hike.) A sense of adventure

Event Directions:

Interstate 20 east leaving Atlanta to exit 74. Make a right on Evans Mill Road. Go approximately 2.5 miles (past Rockland Road) and the parking lot is on your left. At least, I hope so! Keep my cell number handy. 619-994- 5933.
