Bear creek is 10.1 miles overall, 9.6 single/double track and 0.5 miles of forest road. The trail has stream crossings, a steep uphill, wildlife, whoop-te-doos, great views and one of the oldest Gennett Poplar tress in existence. Is this a rain or shine event?

It depends, Ill make the call based on weather conditions. Some trails are closed with heavy rains, others are not, so it really is a guessing game.
