Itinerary:

our hopes are down.. island ford wont be open...

I am changing the location from island ford to the riverside drive in roswell which is 6mins away from each other.

we will meet by the parking lot in riverside drive.  we will walk by the river for approximately 1mile to Don White memorial park then head back to the parking lot where we parked our cars. the total distance of the hike will be 2miles +-.

there is no elevation change in this hike.

according to research...

"the most stressful time of the day is during late afternoon, to be exact at rush hour traffic. people who came from work are very eager to go home after a whole day of work." it is suggested by scientists that the best way to reduce daily stress is to avoid the daily traffic, or keep it control as it is unhealthy, both physically and pschologically.

one of the ways suggested by researchers is to take a stroll in the park as a way of avoiding the traffic. it reduces the day long tension from work and relaxes the mind.
