What is "@10 on 10/10" ? It is a hike at 10 am on 10/10/2013. The forecast for the day is looking good, so let's hike the very scenic Morgan Falls Overlook Park. This place is a jewel that not many know of.

There are two trails in the park and we will walk along them, nothing too tough. We will have stunning views of the Bull Sluice Lake. We will also walk up to the Morgan Falls Dam and view it from up close. Most of us have seen it in the distance while hiking at Gold Branch.

This will be a leisurely paced hike, so if you are a beginner this is going to be the perfect hike for you to get started.

From 285
- Go NORTH on GA-400 1 1/2 miles to exit 5B (Sandy Springs).
- Go west 1.3 miles on Abernathy Rd. to Roswell Rd.
- Turn right onto Roswell Rd. and go north 2.2 miles.
- Turn left at the traffic light (Morgan Falls Road - - past the North Fulton County Government Service Center Building) and drive down the pitted, narrow road to the parking lot on the right. 

Going SOUTH on GA-400 
- Take Exit 5 onto Abernathy Rd.
- Turn right onto Abernathy and follow from above.
