We're up and about again !! Booyah!! Let's hike Vickery Creek. This will be a moderately paced approximately 6 mile, rain or shine hike.

We will cover several trails inside the unit and of course my favourite spot at Vickery Creek - The Dam. :) Since there are quite a few undulations in this unit, it may not be the best hike for a beginner. We will stop for water breaks and occasionally to click a few pictures.

We will meet at the Covered Bridge Entrance, what we also know as the Roswell Mill Entrance of Vickery Creek Unit. There is no parking fee here. Restrooms are available at this location. We will begin on time so please arrive a few minutes early keeping in mind traffic or if you need to use the restrooms.

We are meeting behind the shops at the Roswell Mill Center where the parking is free. It is where Hwy 9 (S. Atlanta St) and Hwy 120 (Marietta Hwy) intersect. Keep driving down the road until you get to the big parking lot at the very bottom of the hill.

I recommend using www.maps.google.com to find directions from your point of origin.
