This hiking trail near Cartersville climbs to the scenic summit of Pine Mountain for clear, open views of Lake Allatoona. The trails winds through a small valley of running creeks and lush forrest. It offers a great ascent up to the top for a nice workout. Not too far from the city yet far enough for a quick getaway. We will start at the west loop entrance.

West Loop Directions: I-75 Exit 288, east on Main Street, at the end of Main Street turn right and the West Loop Trailhead access and parking area is on the left.
