Itinerary:
Thanks for checking out my trip! Please read the description carefully.

This is a CHECKOUT RIDE, which means that the trip leader is not familiar with the trail!

I've ridden Big Creek trail many times before but I've heard that is has been updated. Here is a great chance for us to see what is new! Previously this was a great trail for being so close to the city. There was a beginner loop and an advanced loop. I always preferred the beginner loop because the advanced was very technical, which I don't care for. The beginner loop allowed for speed and had some good jumps as well as some bridge crossings. The area has a feel of being far away in the mountains. There is a surprising amount of wildlife and it is not uncommon to see deer. I expect the temperature in the 50's.

As a biker I'm hardly hardcore. In fact, nowhere near. I like to get a little exercise while taking in the scenery. This trip is for intermediate riders. As I cannot say for sure what the trails are like, you must have mountain biking experience. On the other hand, "extreme" cyclists probably won't find my riding style gives them enough of a challenge.

After the ride we'll head over to Moe's for post-ride burritos, beer, and celebration!

If the trip is full, please join the waiting list! We always add people from the waiting list on every trip.
