Itinerary:

Enjoy an early morning run at Cochran Shoals.

There are no expectations here. If you fall behind it is no big deal, we'll run along Cochran Shoals trail which is a loop. The plan is to run 8-9 miles and end up back at the parking lot.

Required Items to Bring:

Good trail running shoes

Running gear appropriate for trail and weather conditions

Water bottle if needed

How to Get There:

Event Directions:

From eastbound Interstate 285 Take exit 22, Northside Drive, New Northside Drive, Powers Ferry Road. Go to second traffic light and go left onto New Northside Drive. Use “through” lane to pick up Interstate North Parkway. Unit will be immediately on the right after crossing the Chattahoochee. From westbound Interstate 285 Take exit 22, Northside Drive, New Northside Drive, Powers Ferry Road. Right on New Northside Drive. Use “through” lane to pick up Interstate North Parkway. Unit will be immediately on the right after crossing the Chattahoochee.

Notes:

There is a $3 parking fee payable by cash or check at the parking lot unless you already have a season pass.
