Note: This is an "EXPLORATORY" trip. This means that there are parts of this trip, or perhaps the whole trip, that is new to your Trip Leader(s). However, they are confident that this will not be an issue.
This note is here so that you can make an informed decision. When a Trip Leader isn't personally familiar with a trip, there is an increased chance of things not going as planned and you need to be prepared. The Trip Leader may have additional details in the itinerary.

Itinerary:

Join us for a walk through one of Forsyth's newest parks. Chattahoochee Pointe is an approximately 100-acre park which borders the Chattahoochee River. The trails are listed as being 2+ miles, so we'll walk them twice! This is a new park for me to visit, and the second attempt at hiking in the park (first time it stormed).

We'll meet by the bathrooms and survey the area and the hike from there. The forecast shows little chance of rain but that can always change. We'll hike it wet or dry, and if it's to the point of being less than enjoyable we'll do the 2 miles of trails once not twice.
