Itinerary:

Anna Ruby Falls is one of the most popular waterfalls in the north Georgia mountains. From the Smith Creek Trailhead at Unicoi State Park, we will hike 4.8 miles along the Smith Creek Trail to Anna Ruby Falls.
We will stop and eat lunch at the Falls, and then return on the same trail for a total of 9.6 miles for the day. We plan to hike at a moderate pace with few stops. We plan to be back at the park and ride by 5pm.

Sturdy Hiking shoes with good traction

Clothing appropriate for the weather - including rain gear

From Mansell Park & Ride, go North on GA-400 until it ends, go straight on to 115, follow 115 to Cleveland, turn right on to 75 (you’ll see Ingles shopping center as you turn), go through Helen, go 1 mile North on GA-17/75 and turn right on GA-356, approx 1.5 miles to Unicoi State Park, turn left onto Unicoi Campground Rd. Go approx 0.5 miles to trailhead on right across the road from the Little Brook campground.
