Itinerary:

If you aren't familiar with the park, you may want to print and bring a trail map: http://www.nps.gov/chat/planyourvisit/upload/TrailMapIslandFord.pdf. We plan to stay together, but you are welcome to do your own route if you are comfortable with the park and running alone. We do ask that you meet us back at the parking lot after the one hour run. We will account for everyone.

We are parking in the first lot on your left as you enter the Park. The Visitor's Center closes at 5pm so there will be restrooms available if you drive down to it before.

We will start on time or a few minutes early if everyone is there early.

This park requires a $3 parking fee, so if you don't have an annual pass, be sure to bring $3 cash.
