Itinerary:

East Palisades is one of the most beautiful of all the Chattahoochee Parks. It has several trails some of which aren't on the map, but still connect to the main trails.

We're going to start off by going uphill toward the Indian Trail Parking lot. We will continue hiking trails toward the overlook although the view isn't quite visible because of the trees around. Recently, on a Joyce-led hike we went by the huge cave, it was a jaw-dropping sight! I'm going to try going by there if I remember the trails. We will skip the bamboo forest on this particular hike.

The pace of the hike will be moderate to fast. The hills in this park seem never- ending and it is a fantastic workout! We will take very few breaks, so please be sure you can keep up.

There is a 3$ parking fee unless you have an annual pass.

Email the trip leader if you have any questions.
