Itinerary:

Let's breathe some fresh air after work with no stress of hiking in an easy pace.

according to research...

"the most stressful time of the day is during late afternoon, to be exact at rush hour traffic. people who came from work are very eager to go home after a whole day of work." it is suggested by scientists that the best way to reduce daily stress is to avoid the daily traffic, or keep it control as it is unhealthy, both physically and pschologically.

one of the ways suggested by researchers is to take a stroll in the park as a way of avoiding the traffic. it reduces the day long tension from work and relaxes the mind.

We are going to meet in the main parking lot, by the visitor's center. the trail (path) is pretty flat. all the way we will be walking by the side of the river. no elevation change.  parking will be $3 or if you have annual pass..

it will be 1 hour of walking by the river then back with one or two interior and few elevation change.
