AOC outreach event

The Atlanta Outdoor Club is teaming up with Alive After 5 Roswell. We need a few ambassadors to join this event to discuss the AOC, hand out information, sell the benefits of our club and just be pleasant excited members.

Are you an individual who may be able to arrive at 4pm for set up?
Would you be willing to stay past 9 to help with take down?
Could you just come out for an hour to pass out info?
How about ya just stop by and say "hi"?

The festival is a public event so feel free to come out on your own and stop by to help draw attention to our tent

Though we love to include new members, we must
limit this event to experienced AOCers.

Please have more than 10 attended events to sign up for
this AOC event

What is this

Alive After Five is Roswell's block party on the 3rd Thursday of each month that includes:

Shopping
Trolley transportation around the event
Food
Music by Kona Music

Required Items to Bring:

Come armed with your best stories, your excitement for the AOC, and dress comfortable. If you have a smart phone, share pictures of your events and or the AOC site.

Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.

Anything you need to enjoy and share your experience for this event, though instruments of any sound making type are forbidden and will result in the AOC being requested to leave this event.

Dress in your normal outdoor gear and try to look the part of a fun group of explorers. Heck, wear or bring your backpack or ropes, harness, life jacket, skis, paddle and such if you want to draw attention and talk about that.

Please meet at the tent location at 1105 Canton St. We have parking in the driveway if you arrive before 4. After 4 there is plenty of parking, but roads may be closed to traffic leaving the free buses or walking.
