Carpool Cost: | ![]() | Estimated cost per vehicle for this event is $50.00 using a reimbursement rate guideline of $0.400 per mile. The total amount should be divided by the number of people in the vehicle, including the driver. This is a guideline, not a rule, for drivers but the cost should not be higher unless there are extenuating circumstances. | ||||||||||||

Cost Includes: | ![]() | Please be advised that the club nor the trip leader is handling the payment of the rooms. Once you sign up you will need to contact the Hike inn directly to pay them. They are holding those rooms for the club under my name. You will need to be prepared to pay $150 (plus 15% tax) for 2 people per room or $107.00(plus 15% tax) for a single person. I nor the club can promise you will have a roommate of the same sex. If you cancel and you have someone sharing your room you will need to work it out with that person so as to make sure they do not have to pay more then there fair share. For example .. you and a friend pay 150+ tax (which is 15%) for the room but you have to cancel. It is not fair for you to expect a full refund of half. That would leave your roommate out and have to pay the single amount. My suggestion is find someone from the waiting list and have them replace you. I know this is complicated but if we ran this thru the club the cost would be higher.
- rates do not include state sales taxes and country lodging taxes and are subject to change. If you have further questions my suggestion is to either visit the hike inn website and or call the inn for additional questions. I expect that once you have signed up you will call the Inn and make payment asap. Anyone not making payment within a week of the trip filling up I will replace with someone on the wait list. The inn is doing our club a courtesy by not making us pay everything up front.
