Itinerary:

Ready for a challenging fitness hike at Sweetwater Creek State Park?  We'll start promptly at 4:30 PM and head over either to the White trail or perhaps the Yellow.  We'll also mix in a few un-blazed trails that include steep ascents.  This is a true fitness hike, if you can't maintain a good moderate pace uphill or you are looking for a liesurely paced hike then this is not for you.  This is NOT a hike for beginners. We should gain around 1,300' in elevation over the course of the hike.

Note: there is a $5 per vehicle parking fee. No carpool for this event.
