McDonald will share stories of his  6-month backpacking trip and will discuss his new hiking guidebook,
Hiking Atlanta's Hidden Forests: Intown and Out. The guidebook gives detailed information about 60 trails within a 30-mile drive of downtown Atlanta, including several parks in the Sandy Springs area.

A professional storyteller, McDonald uses stories, humor, and his energetic speaking style to connect with audiences of all ages. He will sign copies of his book that will be available for sale at the end of the presentation.

The lecture is free!
