Itinerary:

We will start promply at 6:15 am.  Please be ready to hike at this time.  Generally we can start as soon as everyone arrives, so we could start earlier.  Twilight is about 40 minutes, great time to hike at Palisades!

This is a fast hiking event where we will only hike fast for exactly one hour.  We will hike faster when we get to the hills, but not to worry we will wait at the tops to keep the group together.  We may not end up exactly back where we started, but the fast hiking will cease after one hour.  So getting back to our cars may require some additional hiking, but this should allow for a good cool down.  We might hike through the bamboo forest and may even hike up the BAH, unfortunately we will not have time to stop.

*After the hike join me by the river for some basic rudimetary Qigong excercises used to warm up for Tai Chi.  Unfortunately Tai Chi will not be practiced.  The excercises are used to loosen the joints and ligaments and practice breathing with motions.  The excercises are done within 10 minutes.

WE WILL START FROM THE WHITEWATER CREEK ENTRANCE!
