Itinerary:

Are you ready for a challenging cold weather hike at Sweetwater Creek State Park? We will begin our hike at 9 AM with the White and Red trails. As a bonus, we will mix it up with a few un-blazed trails that include steep ascents. After the first 6.5 miles, we'll take a short break and then it is off to the Yellow trail with four bonus side treks to once again get our heart rates up! We will continue to move at a reasonably fast pace (2.5 to 3.0) without slowing down for many pics. We will hit the trails with a goal of maximizing the elevation gain and distance. For this hike, you should be able to maintain a good moderate pace uphill as this is not a liesurely paced hike ( NOT a hike for beginners). We should gain around 2,000' in elevation over the course of the day and complete 10 miles. We look forward to hiking with everyone!

**You will not get credit for this hike if you do not complete the hike.**
