Itinerary:

Let's start the day with a quick trail run. We will run 4-5 miles on several trails down to the river and back again.  There will be a few hills, but we plan to take these easy.

If you are familiar with the park, you are welcome to run ahead of the pack, just meet us back at the parking lot in one hour.

We will meet at the first parking lot on the left just as you enter the Island Ford gate.  If you do not have an annual CRNRA parking pass, you will need to purchase the $3 daily parking pass at the pay station in the parking lot. The Island Ford Visitor Station at Island Ford is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
