Itinerary:

Join me for a loop around the nature preserve hiking the Mathis, East/West Lake, and Dunlap trails. The trails offer varied terrain with some elevation gain along the way and creek crossings over bridges. We will take a short break mid-way overlooking the lake.

We will meet at the gravel trail head parking lot.

You are welcome to bring your dog but dogs must be on leash of no more than 6 feet and not interfere with other hikers or dogs.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:

From Atlanta, go north on I-85

Take the I-985 Exit and continue to Exit 17.

Turn left off ramp onto Hwy 13 (Atlanta Highway)

Continue past the Chicopee Woods Golf Course on the right

Turn right at the next road and make an immediate right onto Elachee Drive

Continue on Elachee Drive for 1 mile through the golf course, on the bridge over I-985, and continue straight into the gravel trail head parking lot.
