Thanks to everyone who joined us on this trip!

Friday we set up camp, gathered wood, made smores, and enjoyed the evening. There was a little rain during the night, but nothing too bad.

Saturday morning Steven cooked his famous french toast for breakfast and then we set off for the river. As soon as we put our kayaks in the water, it started raining, which created a lot of beautiful fog along the river. It did finally stop and the sun came out. We played in the rapids, stopped along an island for lunch, and then later hung out at the outfitter where a volleyball game was started.

In the evening, we had salad, steak and veggie kabobs for dinner. Thanks to Cynthia we also experimented and made Dorito crusted chicken strips! Later that night, a few of us went on a night hike along the water.

Sunday we had breakfast, packed up and headed home. Thanks again for coming and for everyone's help during the trip!
