Write Up:
We had a fast, friendly group of hikers. Everyone made it to the top in less than the 3.5 hour turn around time limit we put on the event. The trees on Springer were covered in ice and the winds were strong. We passed one person on the trail who was starting a five day backpacking trip in the area.

We all had fun and I anticipate this will be a popular event to post again, especially in the spring when the temps rise a little.
