Write Up:
It was crazy people said, your a nut, you will freeze! But the hearty souls met at the Marriot Century center. There we met and pilled into the cars and head to FDR state park. We arrive and found out that our camp site has been taken . . gasp . . what to do!!! But we figured out a new route and found a new campgroud. Once in we set up our homes and gathered firewood. We settled in for a long night around the backpackers tv. Foz our fearless firestarter prepared the tv with lint and small sticks. Once Foz let us start watching the tv at 5pm sharp we sat around munching and drinking. As the night wore on the adult beverages flowed and then Michelle played hide and seek with the group. Then the rain came oh no!!! But ahhhh we are hearty souls and just hung out in the rain which came and went. To bed we went and now the rian came and flooded some tents. We woke up and hmmm lets skip breakfast and get out. So that is what we did and mmmm Zaxby's. The trip leader is sad it rained but it was fun and also interesting. Hiking out in a fog is always interesting and pretty. I hope all had a fun time and soon again my friends. . . soon.
