Write Up:
On a day that was nice temperature wise but had a chance of rain up north at our hike location, we were blessed with only a few brief, light showers, with clouds and some sunshine. We all got to greet and carefully pass the resident copperhead at Three Forks, before stopping for lunch at the first waterfall at ’Three Forks intersection. Our hike was a good workout, and all enjoyed all three progressively prettier waterfalls. Several, including the fearless leader slipped and/or fell during the buttsliding portions, but the softer rear portions of the body tolerated the mishaps well.

Udo got his swim at the second waterfall, and all enjoyed just hanging out and gazing at the third waterfall, the most spectacular. We all enjoyed it, and then moved out and back to our cars and to Clayton to ‘dine’ at Dairy Queen, before heading back to the big city.
