Clear, cloudless, blue skies, cool breeze, not too hot, perfect hiking weather - Vogel State Park is one of my new favorites.  A grueling climb on the Bear Hair Trail - seemed it would never end - but a fantastic view of the lake when we finally reached our summit.  Stream crossings, huge boulders, beautiful lake, secret waterfall (I was not aware of it until I saw a sign on the trail).

Not much in bloom yet - will have to post another hike sometime in May.
